This isn't just any coach staying put; this is about a leader who's reshaped FSU's football destiny.
In his four-year tenure, Norvell has not only embraced FSU's rich history but also elevated it. His 68-31 head coaching record, including a stellar 23-4 over the last two seasons, speaks volumes. But it's more than numbers; it's about a culture shift he's ushered in.

What sets Norvell apart? It's his commitment to the holistic development of his players, both on and off the field.
He's not just building a team; he's crafting leaders. This ethos resonates through FSU, from President McCullough to AD Alford, all acknowledging Norvell's impact beyond the gridiron.
