⛏️💰️ Own a share in your own gold mine ⛏️ 💰️

This Company with a pre-money valuation of only C$3million is completing a C$3million seed equity raise for the restart of the fully permitted Gold Road mine in Arizona, USA. The current low company valuation offers near-term potential for a significant re-rating from the production start, a public quotation, and an additional one million ounces of gold exploration upside.

The cost to build Gold Road from scratch today would be close to US$100 million and management plans to grow production to 20,000 ounces of gold per year in 2025/26. In a strong gold price environment this could lead to a US$40+million EBITDA in 2026 and potential for a very healthy dividend yield paid in physical gold and silver.

Management has a proven track record and plans to go public in Q1 2026.

🏀🍊 FSU Draws UMass for 2025 Orange Bowl Classic 🍊🏀

Mark your calendars — the Noles are heading back to Sunrise.

Florida State will face UMass on December 13, 2025, in the 31st Annual AutoNation Orange Bowl Classic, held at Amerant Bank Arena. It’ll be FSU’s 11th consecutive appearance and their third Orange Bowl meeting with the Minutemen.

📍 Series History:
• FSU has won 4 of the last 5 vs. UMass
• Most recent win: 92–59 in 2024 (Naismith Hall of Fame Tip-Off Classic)
• Last Orange Bowl Classic vs. UMass: 60–55 win in 2013

🎙️ Coach Loucks on the Matchup:
“This is a great opportunity to showcase our program in South Florida... UMass is a respected opponent led by a legendary coach in Frank Martin.”

📺 TV details and tip-off time TBA

🔑 Bottom Line:
With a strong fan base in South Florida and a new head coach eager to make a statement, this is more than just a non-conference game — it’s a momentum-builder for the Loucks era.

🎤🌟 FSU Reveals Player Reps for 2025 ACC Kickoff 🌟🎤

Florida State will be sending four players to represent the program at the ACC Kickoff media days in Charlotte later this month — including a couple of unexpected but meaningful selections.

🏈 The Four Seminoles:
QB Tommy Castellanos – No surprise here. The face of the offense.
DL Darrell Jackson – A veteran presence on FSU’s rebuilt defensive line.
OL Richie Leonard – Returns from injury and expected to anchor an o-line full of transfers.
S Earl Little Jr. – Overcame early struggles and emerged as a key piece in the new Rover role.

💬 Why It Matters:
Leonard and Little Jr. weren’t locks for this spotlight, but both earned praise from coaches this spring and symbolize the grit and resilience FSU hopes to carry into 2025.

🔑 Bottom Line:
Mike Norvell’s choices speak volumes — it’s not just about talent, but the stories and growth behind the players leading the program forward.

🕊️🏀 Remembering Ryan Reid: Former FSU Hoops Star Passes at 38 🏀🕊️

Florida State basketball is mourning the loss of Ryan Reid, a beloved former Seminole and four-year letterman, who passed away Wednesday at age 38 due to a heart attack.

💔 A Seminole Through and Through:
• Played from 2006–2010 under Leonard Hamilton
• Teammate of current head coach Luke Loucks
• Graduated with a degree in social science from FSU in 2010
• Appeared in 126 games with 66 starts; 624 career points and 490 rebounds
• Key contributor to multiple postseason runs, including two NCAA Tournaments

🗣️ Coach Loucks on Reid:

“He was a mountain of a man, both in stature and in spirit… His presence made us all better — on and off the court.”

🌍 After FSU:
• Drafted by the Pacers in 2010, played with OKC Thunder in 2011–12
• Continued his pro career internationally in Canada, France, Japan, and Puerto Rico

🙏 Bottom Line:
Reid’s legacy goes beyond basketball. He was a leader, teammate, and friend whose impact will be felt by the FSU family for years to come.

🧱🔥 Decision Looms for 4⭐ IMG LB Duyon Forkpa Jr. 🔥🧱

Florida State remains in the mix for one of the most versatile defenders in the 2026 class — and his decision is just two days away.

📍 The Latest:
• Duyon Forkpa Jr. (6'0", 225 lbs)
• 4-star linebacker out of IMG Academy
• Commitment set for Saturday at 7 p.m. ET
• Finalists: Florida, Florida State, Michigan

🧠 What Matters Most:
• Early playing time
• NFL development track — wants to model his game after Micah Parsons and Jalon Walker
• Long-term support beyond football

🔁 Scheme Fit:
• Forkpa emphasizes playing both off-ball and edge rusher roles
• “If I can’t do that, I’m not going there.”

🔑 Bottom Line:
FSU made a strong pitch during his June visit — but they’re battling heavyweights. This one will come down to scheme, trust, and post-football vision.

And that’s a wrap!

Academic excellence. Emotional farewells. Recruiting battles down to the wire. Today’s edition reminded us that being a Seminole isn’t just about what happens on the field — it’s about the full picture: grit, brains, heart, and legacy.

We’ll be watching closely as Forkpa makes his decision, as Loucks continues to build momentum in South Florida, and as the ACC Kickoff sets the tone for fall. Thanks for riding with us.

Until next time — stay sharp, stay proud, and Go Noles 🍢

— Chief
