Building Champions: From Olympics to NBA Dreams
Notable to say Florida went 0/5 on OL and they have 2️⃣ OL Coaches
5⭐️ Solomon Thomas (FSU)
4⭐️ Mich DeBose (Alabama)
4⭐️ Tavaris Dice (Auburn)
4⭐️ Ziyare Addison (Oregon)
3⭐️ John Mills (Texas)Add in that 4⭐️ Payton Joseph was “committed” to the Gators. Now at FSU.

For context, @FSUFootball is the ONLY program on this list to start football AFTER WW2. 🍢
8 of the other 9 programs started their football programs in the 1800s. What the @Seminoles have done in that short of a timeframe is insane. 🤯 x.com/i/web/status/1…

High School is a coveted prospect, rated as the No. 1 tight end and the No. 1 player in North Carolina by the 247Sports Composite index.
Recruitment Highlights:
Offers: Harrison holds offers from a plethora of top programs, including Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, Kentucky, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M, Colorado, East Carolina, Florida State, Louisville, Michigan, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Old Dominion, Oregon, Penn State, Central Florida, USC, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, and West Virginia.
Ole Miss: Offered by tight ends coach Joe Cox, who had previously extended an offer to Harrison while at Alabama.
Two-Sport Star:
Basketball Offers: Harrison also excels in basketball, with offers from Florida State, Wake Forest, and Texas A&M.
Scouting Report:
Physical Attributes: Harrison possesses a towering frame over 6-foot-6, making him a formidable presence on the field.
Versatility: Could excel as an in-line tight end due to his large catch radius and potential as a blocker. Also has the capability to be a mismatch in the red zone and a strong run blocker with improved technique.
Development: Needs to refine route running but has shown the ability to adjust to off-target throws and be difficult to tackle in open field.
Defensive Potential: May also be considered for a defensive role, given his ability to redirect and chase down quarterbacks.
Kendre Harrison’s upcoming decision will be closely watched, with numerous top-tier programs vying for his commitment. His dual-sport talent and exceptional physical traits make him one of the most exciting prospects in the 2026 class.

Top 12 Schools:
SEC: Ole Miss, Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, LSU
ACC: Miami, Duke, North Carolina, Florida State, North Carolina State
Recruitment Highlights:
Rankings: Gidron is ranked as the nation's No. 6 wide receiver and the No. 1 player from South Carolina in the 2026 class by the 247Sports Composite index. The 247Sports exclusive rankings list him as the nation's No. 7 wide receiver and the No. 1 player from South Carolina.
Visit to Ole Miss: Gidron received an offer from Ole Miss in early April and made his first visit to Oxford in late May.
Gidron’s Perspective:
Development Focus: Gidron is keen on choosing a program that will develop him into an NFL-caliber player. Upcoming Game: Gidron is likely to attend the game when Ole Miss travels to Columbia to face South Carolina on October 5.
Jordon Gidron’s inclusion of Florida State in his top 12 highlights the program’s continued appeal to top talent. His decision will be closely followed as he narrows down his options and evaluates which school can best develop his skills for the next level.
🌟 South Florida’s Top Safety Bryce Fitzgerald Favors FSU 🌟
4-star S Bryce Fitzgerald says a new team is at the top of his recruitment

One of South Florida's top 2025 prospects, Bryce Fitzgerald, a four-star safety from Miami Columbus High School, is being heavily recruited by Florida State, Miami, and Florida. LSU is also in the mix, but all signs point to Fitzgerald staying in the Sunshine State.
Key Highlights:
Decision Date: Fitzgerald plans to announce his college decision on August 16.
Current Favorite: Florida State is leading the race. "FSU, definitely," Fitzgerald said. "The relationship I have with the coaches, the team, [head coach Mike] Norvell, [Philip] Simpson, [defensive coordinator Adam] Fuller. They make me feel like I'm at home."
Official Visits: Fitzgerald visited Florida State from June 7-9 and Florida from June 14-16.
Recruitment Dynamics:
Florida: Florida had been perceived as the favorite for much of June. "Florida is still in the picture," Fitzgerald said, noting his bond with coach Will Harris.
Miami: Despite playing at Miami Columbus, head coach Mario Cristobal’s alma mater, Miami is not currently at the top of his list. "Miami is definitely top four. I've still got FSU [on top]," Fitzgerald said.
Upcoming Visits: Fitzgerald may attend recruiting events in July when the NCAA Recruiting Dead Period lifts.
Location Considerations:
Fitzgerald is considering location carefully. "Location is a big factor. So me not going too far and me not staying too close. It needs to be just right," he said.
Rankings and Scouting Report:
Rankings: 247Sports ranks Fitzgerald as the nation's No. 213 overall prospect and No. 19 safety.
Scouting Report: Fitzgerald has the range, game-sense, and fluidity to be effective in FSU's quarters scheme, capable of playing anywhere in the secondary. He excels as both a ballhawk and in filling run fits, with impressive length and versatility.
Bryce Fitzgerald’s recruitment highlights Florida State’s strong position in attracting top talent and the importance of building strong relationships with recruits and their families.
