One of the greatest players in Florida State baseball history has earned another well-deserved honor, as Buster Posey's legendary collegiate career continues to receive national recognition.

Florida State legend Buster Posey has been elected to the College Baseball Hall of Fame as part of the 2026 class.
He becomes the ninth Seminole to receive the honor and the third Florida State inductee over the last two years.

Posey previously entered the Florida State Athletics Hall of Fame in 2018, and his No. 8 jersey was retired in 2023.
