Florida State continues to bolster its pitching staff through the portal — landing Central Arkansas right-hander Charlie Christensen, a 6’4” veteran with over 200 career innings pitched.
🧢 Player Profile:
• RHP | 6'4", 190 lbs | Olathe, KS (via Central Arkansas)
• 2024 Stats: 5.85 ERA | 80 IP | 74 K | 33 BB | 2 CG (1 shutout)
🎯 Pitch Arsenal:
• Fastball: 91–94 MPH
• Cutter: 86–88 MPH
• Sweeping Slider: 81–83 MPH
• Changeup: 84–87 MPH
• Notable low release slot offers a unique look vs. other FSU arms
📈 Career Experience:
• 202.2 IP across 3 seasons at UCA
• 15 starts in 2024 | .311 BAA | 2 complete games
🔑 Bottom Line:
With a durable frame and four-pitch repertoire, Christensen brings starter depth and a fresh angle to Link Jarrett’s 2025 rotation options — giving FSU more versatility as they build on their Super Regional run.
🎮 FSU Roster Leaked for College Football 26 — Here’s Who’s Elite 🎮
#Fsu Transfer CB Jeremiah Wilson highlights #Noles
— Seminoles (@Big_Seminole)
7:22 PM • Jun 2, 2025
The unofficial College Football 26 video game roster for Florida State was leaked this weekend, giving fans an early look at ratings ahead of the game’s July release — and there’s plenty to dissect.
📊 Top-Rated ‘Noles (Unofficial):
• CB Jeremiah Wilson — 90 (only player in the 90s)
• RT Micah Pettus — 89
• DT Darrell Jackson — 89
• S Shyheim Brown — 88
• C Luke Petitbon — 85
• WR Squirrel White — 85
⚡ Gameplay Stars:
• QB Tommy Castellanos (81) → 90+ Speed, Agility, Accel, CoD = lethal on the ground
• WR Squirrel White → 95+ speed across the board
• RB Jaylin Lucas (78) → 92 SPD / 93 AGI / 94 ACC
• DT Darrell Jackson → 95 STR / 91 Block Shed / 89 Power Rush
• EDGE Amaree Williams → 87 Finesse Move with high-end burst
🚨 Notable Omissions:
• RB Ousmane Kromah (FSU’s top freshman)
• TE Landen Thomas
• The Desir twins
📉 Where the Roster Lags:
• No LBs with speed over 84
• WR speed drops off after White
• TE room is slow (Randy Pittman tops at 82 speed)
• Castellanos has limited arm (70 Deep Accuracy)
🔑 Bottom Line:
FSU’s roster is built for speed — just not everywhere. The offense should be fun to use with a mobile QB and speedy playmakers, but limitations at TE, LB, and deep ball accuracy will challenge even the best gamers.
🏈 Camp Wrap-Up: Chapman, Green & Others Still in Play for FSU 🏈
WR Keeyun Chapman being closely monitored by FSU coaches Mike Norvell and Gus Malzahn.
Nice move after a short catch. Big camp for him because of the following reason: 247sports.com/college/florid…

Florida State closed out its summer camp circuit this week with a final 7-on-7 showcase and Big Man Camp — and several key prospects were on hand, including top targets and committed players FSU is still chasing.
🎯 4⭐ WR Keeyun Chapman
• Showed out at FSU’s 7-on-7, with Seminole coaches locked in
• Decision coming June 27 — down to FSU and UNC
• Says he talks with FSU staff “pretty much every day”
🔁 3⭐ OL Jakobe Green (Miss. State Commit)
• Visited during 7-on-7 to support Gadsden County
• Spent time with Norvell and OL coach Herb Hand
• FSU ramping up pressure post-official visit: “That bond is something different”
🛡 3⭐ S Juice Gordon
• Will officially visit for FSU–Alabama game in August
• FSU is in daily contact via DBs coach Patrick Surtain and DJ Daniels
• Other top contenders: Ole Miss, UNC, Florida
👀 3⭐ S/LB Daylan Green (Arkansas Commit)
• Gadsden County standout made multiple INTs during 7-on-7
• Still in contact with FSU despite Arkansas commitment
• Recruited by FSU as a linebacker — may still OV in fall
🚨 4⭐ RB Ezavier Crowell
• Recruitment is reactivating after slow communication
• Originally set for a June OV to FSU — now likely to take one in-season
• National prospect with high upside and renewed interest from FSU
🔑 Bottom Line:
FSU’s final camp weekend didn’t just showcase talent — it reignited some major recruitments. With top targets like Chapman nearing a decision and others like Green and Crowell still in the mix, the Seminoles are setting the stage for an active close to the summer.
💥 3⭐ DL Tavon Bell Offered After Visit to Tallahassee 💥
After a great conversation with coach @Coach_Knighton I am blessed to receive an offer from @FSUFootball#GONOLES

Florida State extended an offer to rising Louisiana defensive lineman Tavon Bell over the weekend — following his visit on Friday and a strong impression made in a meeting with DL coach Terrance Knighton.
🌟 Prospect Snapshot:
• 6’3”, 265 lbs | Franklin Parish HS (Winnsboro, LA)
• No. 90 DL nationally in the 2026 class (247Sports)
• Varsity contributor since freshman year
📈 Junior Year Highlights:
• 41 tackles | 10.5 TFL | 1 sack | 1 INT TD | 1 FR
• Also contributed as a pass-catcher on offense (2 rec, 41 yds)
🤝 Why It Matters:
• Teammates with FSU edge target Chris Addison, who officially visited this weekend
• Bell’s versatility and production make him an intriguing interior prospect for the Seminoles
• FSU joins a growing list of offers that includes Texas Tech, ASU, and WKU
🔑 Bottom Line:
Bell’s FSU offer could shift momentum in a recruitment that’s still wide open. With the staff investing in his teammate Addison and ramping up Louisiana efforts, Bell is now firmly on the radar as a future interior disruptor.
And that’s a wrap!
From portal additions on the mound to a sneak peek at College Football 26, it's clear the summer heat isn’t slowing down the action in Seminole Country.
As July nears, the next wave of recruiting fireworks, national recognition, and roster moves is just around the corner. Whether it's on the field, in the game, or in the portal — the Noles are making moves.
Stay sharp, stay cool, and we’ll see you next edition.
