Kyvon Tatham advanced to the men's triple jump final, securing the last qualifying spot with a leap of 15.87m (52-0 ยพ).
Alexandra Webster excelled in the 100-meter hurdles, finishing third in her heat with a time of 12.83, advancing to the semifinals on Saturday.
Trey Cunningham concluded his participation in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 13.39.
In the men's 5,000 meters, former Noles Kasey Knevelbaard and Ahmed Muhumed both advanced to Sunday's final, finishing seventh and eighth, respectively.

Florida State secured a major commitment from four-star defensive tackle Myron Charles from Port Charlotte, Florida.
Charles chose the Seminoles over Texas, Miami, and Florida, following his official visits in June. Known for his versatility and athleticism, he recorded 29 tackles and 9.5 TFLs last season.
He joins fellow four-star Kevin Wynn, boosting FSUโs 2025 class to seven blue-chip commitments, with the highest average class grade in the nation.
Scouting Report: Charles displays impressive size and quickness, making him a promising interior defender.
With further development, he could become a significant impact player at the collegiate level.

Florida State baseball continues to strengthen its pitching roster for the 2025 season with the addition of Chris Knier, a right-handed pitcher from Indian River State College.
Standing at 5-foot-11 and weighing 185 pounds, Knier made a significant impact in his freshman year, boasting a 2.12 ERA and a 0.93 WHIP over 63.2 innings.
He struck out 88 batters, showcasing a strong K/9 of 12.44. Knier is the sixth JUCO addition, joining a talented group aimed at bolstering FSU's depth.
