🔮 Crystal Ball Rolls Toward FSU for Local LB Daylen Green 🔮
Gadsden County star Daylen Green (@Daylengreen4) was a standout at FSU’s Elite Camp on Sunday.
He shared a lot of news regarding the Seminoles’s standing in his recruitment, FSU’s OV date, and a notable decision timeline.

Momentum keeps building for Florida State in the recruitment of Gadsden County standout Daylen Green.
A new 247Sports Crystal Ball prediction now favors the Seminoles to land the versatile linebacker/safety hybrid following his impressive Elite Camp showing — and a quickly scheduled official visit for June 13–15.
📈 Why the Buzz:
• Green worked out at both LB and DB during camp and drew strong praise
• Immediately named FSU his top school after the visit
• Now set to visit Arkansas this weekend before coming back to Tallahassee
👀 Recruiting Outlook:
• Green was offered earlier this year but only became a “take” after camp
• FSU turned up the heat quickly — and it may be paying off
• Louisville is also involved, but this is shaping up to be a ‘Noles vs. Hogs battle
📊 The Film:
• 111 tackles, 4 TFLs, and 1 TD reception last season
• Reclassified from 2027 to 2026 — still unranked but rising fast

🐘 Top Alabama Commit Jabarrius Garror Says FSU Is “Right There at the Top” 🐘
2027 Alabama commit Jabarrius ‘Chicken’ Garror looks bigger every time I see him…
Crimson Tide has visited @VigorUfootball multiple times during the spring open contact period — more expected soon.

He may be committed to the Tide, but 2027 five-star edge rusher Jabarrius Garror just made his fourth visit to Florida State — and says he’ll “keep coming back.”
The 6’2.5", 215-pounder, Alabama’s No. 1 overall prospect for 2027, was sidelined with an injury at Elite Camp but still soaked in the energy — and delivered glowing reviews of FSU’s coaching staff and culture.
🗣️ “Coach Norvell, Coach Knighton, Coach Meech… all of them are some real ones. You feel that genuineness when you step on campus.”
🔗 Why FSU’s Still in It:
• FSU was the first school to offer Garror
• He’s built real relationships with multiple coaches
• Plans to attend FSU’s season opener vs. Alabama at Doak
🏈 The Competition:
• Committed to Alabama since July 2023
• Holds offers from Ohio State, Texas, Michigan, Oregon, Miami, LSU, and more
• Says FSU is “right there at the top” behind Bama
Despite his pledge, Garror’s continued visits — and praise for Norvell’s no-nonsense style — make this one worth watching.
🚨 2027 2-Way Star Lawrence Britt Says FSU Is “Definitely Up There” 🚨
Two-way talent Lawrence Britt puts skill on display at Elite Camp, 'Noles want him on both sides of the ball

One of the top overall players in the 2027 class — Lawrence Britt, a dynamic two-way athlete from Memphis — returned to Tallahassee this weekend and made it clear: FSU is showing the most love.
Britt, the No. 20 overall player and No. 3 WR per 247Sports, camped at both WR and DB during Sunday’s Elite Camp. He’s now visited FSU three times and says the staff’s consistency has made an impression.
🗣️ “Florida State is definitely up there for most interest in me… They’ve been showing love from the start.”
🔁 Why FSU Stands Out:
• Offered him early at Junior Day (Jan. 2025)
• Interested in using him on both sides of the ball
• He’s built strong relationships with Coach Norvell, Coach Malzahn, and assistants from both offense and defense
👀 Quote of the Day:
“If they tell me no [about playing both sides], then my body and mind will take me somewhere else.”
⚡ The Numbers:
• 51 rushes, 485 yards, 10 TDs
• 25 receptions, 392 yards, 4 TDs
• Played LB, CB, and safety on defense
Britt plans to return for games this fall — including the season opener vs. Alabama. And with his South Florida roots, the hometown pull could matter more than people think.
🔒 DB Traeviss Stevenson Says FSU “Changed My Whole Perspective” 🔒

A rocky recruitment may be turning into a real opportunity for Florida State.
Traeviss Stevenson, a Georgia Tech commit and rising defensive back from South Georgia, made his official visit to FSU this weekend — and left with a completely different view of the program.
🗣️ “They changed my whole perspective… Me and FSU started off on the wrong foot, but they showed me I’m a priority here.”
📈 Why It Matters:
• Stevenson was initially frustrated after FSU slow-played his early offer
• This visit, guided by DBs coach Greg Moss, helped reset the relationship
• FSU now says they see him at corner, nickel, or safety — and he likes the versatility
🤝 Key Moments:
• Bonded with current FSU DB Charles Lester during the visit
• Spent time with Coach Norvell — “He’s real blunt, straight-forward… not going to sugarcoat anything”
• Called FSU “a family,” praising the culture and intensity
📅 What’s Next:
• Official to Texas is up next
• Final decision set for July 10
• A possible return visit to FSU remains on the table 👀

Florida State’s 2026 quarterback search is entering a decisive stretch.
Since the decommitment of four-star Brady Smigiel, the ‘Noles have zeroed in on three priority targets — and all are scheduled to take official visits to Tallahassee this month.
🔥 The Big Three:
⭐ Keisean Henderson (5-star, Houston commit)
• Visiting FSU June 9–11
• Has a longstanding relationship with QB coach Tony Tokarz
• Only planned OVs: FSU and Houston
• Major threat to flip if FSU makes a strong impression
⭐ Landon Duckworth (4-star, Ole Miss/South Carolina battle)
• Visiting FSU June 13–15
• Door is open — and South Carolina appears to lead for now
• ‘Noles looking to gain serious traction this month
⭐ Jaden O’Neal (4-star, Oklahoma commit)
• Visiting FSU June 15–17
• Could flip if OU lands Bowe Bentley, another QB they’re targeting
• Arizona and Auburn also involved — but FSU might be best positioned
📅 What’s Next:
• FSU hopes to land one of the three by end of summer
• Quarterback recruiting is highly fluid — timing is key
• Whoever commits first may start a domino effect
And that’s a wrap!
That’s a wrap on today’s Chief Brief — but the month of June is just getting started.
With blue-chip QBs circling, a Super Regional showdown looming, and elite talent making repeat visits to Tallahassee, Florida State is building momentum on every front.
Recruiting boards will shift. Commitments will follow. And we’ll be here every step of the way.
Stay locked in, stay dangerous — and as always, Go Noles. 🍢
