Weather Alert:
Due to expected inclement weather, Friday's game has been rescheduled to a 3 p.m. start. Stay updated for any further adjustments.
Dominance in Pittsburgh:
Our track record in Pittsburgh speaks volumes. With a 7-1 all-time record against Pitt in their city, including a triumphant ACC Tournament win at Vartabedian Field in 2022, we're looking to add more wins to our legacy.
ACC Powerhouse:
FSU's softball program has been the beacon of excellence in the ACC, clinching eight of the last nine ACC Tournament Championships and seven of the last nine regular season titles. Since 2012, our road series record is unparalleled, showcasing our strength and consistency year after year.
Offensive Juggernauts:
Our offense is off to a blazing start, with an average of 7.22 runs per game and a .327 team batting average. This explosive start is on track to be one of the best in school history, potentially surpassing the 459 runs scored by the 2016 team.

Our No. 5 Seminoles Beach Volleyball team is set to shine in Tallahassee this weekend at the CCSA Midseason Tournament, hosting powerhouses including No. 8 LSU, South Carolina, Grand Canyon, and Jacksonville.
Bouncing Back Strong:
Coming off a challenging weekend at the East vs. West Tournament in California, where we squared off against some of the nation's best, our team showed grit and talent. Despite facing their first losses of the season, victories over No. 12 Hawaii and No. 10 LMU highlighted the resilience and skill of our squad.
Spotlight on Stellar Pairs:
Sophomore Alexis Durish and junior Anna Long emerged unbeaten, demonstrating their formidable partnership against top-tier opponents. Their perfect weekend performance earned them CCSA Pair of the Week honors, showcasing the depth and talent within our team.
Weekend Matchups:
The action kicks off against Jacksonville, a team we previously dominated with a 5-0 win earlier this season. Since our last encounter, Jacksonville has shown improvement, making for an intriguing rematch.
Our historic dominance over South Carolina will be tested in our first season meeting. Maintaining a perfect 22-0 record against the Gamecocks, we aim to continue our winning streak, drawing on our victory in last year's CCSA Championships.
Sunday brings a face-off with Grand Canyon, a team we've consistently bested in the past. Our unbeaten 9-0 record against the Antelopes sets the stage for another compelling clash.
The weekend culminates in a highly anticipated match against No. 8 LSU. With a commanding 23-3 series lead, we look to replicate our success from last year's NCAA Tournament victory over the Tigers.
Tournament Schedule:
The competition heats up on Saturday, starting with Jacksonville at 10:45 a.m., followed by South Carolina at 2:30 p.m. Sunday's matches include Grand Canyon at 10:15 a.m. and the weekend finale against LSU at 12:45 p.m.

The energy was high at FSU's second day of spring camp, setting the stage for when the pads come on this Saturday. Let's dive into the action:
Quarterbacks Shine: DJ Uiagalelei and Brock Glenn showed marked improvement, with Glenn displaying decisive reads and Uiagalelei impressing with his arm strength, even on the move. Glenn's control and precision in Pass Skelly were noteworthy, especially his deep connection with Destyn Hill.
Running Backs Preview: Although without pads, the potential was evident. Freshman Kam Davis caught Coach Norvell's eye with his blend of quickness and power, while transfer Roydell Williams showcased his vision.
Tight Ends to Watch: Brian Courtney and Landen Thomas displayed athleticism, though consistency in catching is anticipated to improve with pads. Thomas, in particular, stands out for his promising skill set.
Offensive Line Insights: Jeremiah Byers and Julian Armella impressed with their combination of athleticism and size. Transfer Richie Leonard demonstrated formidable strength, setting the tone for the unit.
Receivers Making Plays: Destyn Hill's speed and technique stood out, including a notable double move. Malik Benson continued to apply pressure with his agility and hands. Freshman Lawayne McCoy and veteran Darion Williamson also made significant contributions.
Defensive Unity: The linebackers and defensive line, still adjusting without pads, showed promise. LB DJ Lundy's coverage skills and leadership, along with Shawn Murphy's athleticism, highlighted the group's potential. DEs Bryon Turner and Dante Anderson disrupted passing lanes effectively.
Secondary Standouts: Azareye'h Thomas and newcomer Earl Little Jr. displayed leadership and skill, with Thomas guiding the younger players. CB Fentrell Cypress remained solid, and Little Jr.'s presence was felt throughout practice with multiple pass breakups.
As the Seminoles prepare for their first padded practice, the anticipation builds for how these observations will translate into contact drills.
Stay tuned for more insights as FSU continues its spring camp journey.
