Let’s get into it. 👇
Hangout without the hangover

Say hello to America’s first USDA organic THC edibles. Cornbread Hemp is known to provide exceptional and safe hemp products, and these edibles are now their best-selling product. Formulated with a 1:1 ratio of THC to CBD (10mg of each), each gummy provides a balanced feeling of happiness without feeling overwhelmed or couch-locked. Plus, no hangovers, ever!
🔥 Faurot Named ACC Player of the Week 🔥
Drew Faurot is on fire — and now he’s got the hardware to match.
The junior second baseman was named ACC Player of the Week after a blistering stretch at the plate, tying the FSU record with 12 consecutive at-bats with a hit. His monster week included:
• 🔥 .529 average over 4 games
• 💣 3 HR, 4 doubles, 9 RBI
• 📈 Batting average jumped from .286 to .335
• 📊 1.294 slugging % across 22 total bases
The 12-hit streak — which included back-to-back 4-for-4 performances — ended just two shy of the NCAA record. Faurot becomes the third Seminole to earn weekly ACC honors this season, joining Alex Lodise, Joey Volini, and Jamie Arnold.

Home-course advantage? Confirmed.
Florida State Men’s Golf stormed out to a 7-stroke lead after Round 1 of the NCAA Tallahassee Regional at Seminole Legacy, with all five players finishing under par.
🎯 Luke Clanton, the world’s top-ranked amateur, leads the field after a bogey-free 6-under 66 — highlighted by four birdies and a thunderous eagle on 14.
⛳ Tyler Weaver fired a 4-under 68 (T-4), while Carson Brewer matched Clanton’s clean sheet with a 2-under 70 (T-11) alongside Gray Albright.
🔥 Jack Bigham closed strong with birdies on 17 and 18 to post a 1-under 71 (T-16).
🏀 Constanza Continues to Rise on National Radar 🏀
NEW: Alex Constanza (SF, #14/247) has been balling out recently. 🔥
Jason Hart has visited the 5-star wing multiple times this year. 6’8 and 210lbs, has great physical tools.
Kentucky had not yet offered him yet, but they are expected to.

Top-15 prospect Alex Constanza showed out in Memphis over the weekend — and Florida State’s coaching staff is watching closely.
At nearly 6’8” and 210 pounds, Constanza is a matchup nightmare who can bully defenders in the post, shake them off the dribble, and hit just enough jumpers to keep them honest. His versatile offensive game has drawn comparisons to former Kansas star Jalen Wilson — and his recruitment is heating up.
He’s already seen Miami, Illinois, and Syracuse, but with Luke Loucks now on the trail, expect FSU to make a serious push to keep the Florida native home.

Postseason play returns to JoAnne Graf Field — and the Noles are ready to run it back.
Florida State Softball locked in the No. 5 national seed in the 2025 NCAA Tournament after a 46–9 season and ACC regular season title, marking the program’s 25th straight tourney appearance and 11th consecutive time hosting a regional.
The Tallahassee Regional field is set:
• 🐅 Auburn (No. 2 Seed) – SEC power with pop at the plate but a vulnerable pitching staff (3.96 ERA, most hits allowed per 7 IP in the SEC).
• 🐂 USF (No. 3 Seed) – AAC champs riding a 6-game win streak, armed with elite lefty arms and a .326 team average.
• 🦅 Robert Morris (No. 4 Seed) – Horizon League champs in their first NCAA trip since 2005, led by a deep lineup and a stingy ace.
Action begins Friday, May 16, and the Garnet & Gold will look to defend their turf once again in Tally.
🏖️ Calm Seas (For Now) at ACC Spring Meetings 🏖️
ACC Spring Meetings at Amelia Island are under way.

No lawsuits. No exit threats. Just a beachside resort and a boatload of behind-the-scenes maneuvering.
The ACC's annual spring meetings are underway at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island — and for the first time in years, Florida State and Clemson aren’t leading a courtroom charge. Instead, both schools are (tentatively) content after reaching a settlement with the league in March.
📺 Revenue Rework
Sources say FSU, Clemson, and potentially two others are set to receive $15M+ more annually under a revised media rights distribution — significantly narrowing the gap with the SEC and Big Ten.
🏛️ What's on the Table
• The pending NCAA House settlement and future player revenue sharing
• Possible changes to scholarship limits
• Transfer portal reforms
• The expanded College Football Playoff format
NCAA President Charlie Baker is expected to speak directly to league officials, shaping what could be the most pivotal offseason in modern college sports.
🧱 FSU in Final Four for 2026 Edge Tristian Givens 🧱
Heard alot about 4⭐️ Tristan Givens (@tmanthatguy_) Who In My Opinion Is Still Underrated. WR/DE Combo Says It All. Very Quiet & To Himself But The Total Opposite On Game Day; Game Wrecker
One of his Coaches said, "its a switch that happens".

One of the top edge rushers in the 2026 class has the Noles on his shortlist.
Columbus (Ga.) Carver standout Tristian Givens — the No. 62 overall prospect and No. 8 edge in the nation per 247Sports — has narrowed his recruitment to four finalists: Florida State, Texas A&M, Tennessee, and USC.
At 6’4”, 215 lbs, Givens is a three-sport athlete with offers from 30+ programs. He’s committed to play in the 2026 Navy All-American Bowl and plans to announce his college decision before his senior season kicks off.

From disappointment to potential resurgence — the Transfer Portal is Mike Norvell’s lifeline in Year 6.
After a 2024 season that saw FSU produce just two NFL Draft picks and five All-ACC selections, the Seminoles hit reset with 23 transfer additions, aiming for proven production over raw upside.
Here are the 10 newcomers most likely to earn All-ACC honors in 2025:
C Luke Petitbon – Former Wake Forest anchor and returning All-ACC HM. Coaches love him.
WR Duce Robinson – Big-play threat from USC in a system that feeds WRs.
WR Squirrel White – Speedster with 67 catches in the SEC. If healthy, he’s dangerous.
CB Jeremiah Wilson – Ballhawk with 4 INTs in the Big 12 and elite coverage grades.
DE James Williams – B1G transfer with 5.0 sacks, expected to thrive in the ACC.
TE Randy Pittman Jr. – Knows the offense and had 400+ yards last year in the Big 12.
OL Micah Pettus – Top-10 SEC run blocker if he stays on the field.
LB Elijah Herring – Stat-sheet stuffer from Memphis with versatility and upside.
QB Tommy Castellanos – Dual-threat weapon with 1,100+ rushing yards in 2023.
DL Deante McCray – Run-stopper with upside, jumping from C-USA to Power 4.
And that’s a wrap!
The lights are coming on across every FSU sport right now — from walk-off wins to recruiting wars to ACC chess moves on the coast.
With a primetime showdown against UNC on deck, postseason play beginning in softball and golf, and roster moves that could define Norvell’s legacy, this week isn’t just busy — it’s program-defining.
Let’s ride.
