The No. 4 Florida State beach volleyball team will play No. 13 Washington in the NCAA Tournament’s first round, aiming for a strong start in pursuit of the national title.

No. 14 FSU softball concludes its regular season with a series against Syracuse, looking to secure another ACC Championship and continue their impressive form.

Top defensive lineman Kevin Wynn is set for official visits to four major college football programs, including a final visit to Florida State, before making his college decision.

🏆 Woad Shines as ACC's Best Golfer
Lottie Woad of Florida State University earned the ACC Golfer of the Year title, marking a significant achievement in her sophomore season. She is the third Seminole to receive this award, following past winners Frida Kinhult and Beatrice Wallin.

🌟 Double Honors for Florida State
Both Lottie Woad and Mirabel Ting were selected to the All-ACC Women’s Golf Team, continuing the trend of Florida State's strong presence in the rankings. This accomplishment extends the Seminoles' streak to eight consecutive years of having at least two players make the All-ACC list.

⛳ Woad’s Stellar Season
Woad's season has been exceptional, with a 70.00 stroke average and seven rounds in the 60s out of 18 rounds played. Her victory at the ANNIKA Invitational and consistent high finishes led to her top ACC ranking and third place nationally by Clippd.

🏆 Ting’s Impactful Transition
Mirabel Ting, who transferred from Augusta University, quickly became a standout player for Florida State. Ranked 15th nationally, she boasts a 71.07 stroke average and has placed in the top 10 at every tournament as a Seminole, including a win at the Valspar Augusta Invitational.

🌟 Coach Bond Celebrates Success
Head coach Amy Bond commended the team, emphasizing how the players have exemplified the program’s values. She celebrated Woad and Ting's contributions, highlighting the close-knit spirit that has driven their success.

🔜 Eyes on the NCAA Regionals
Woad and Ting, along with their teammates, are preparing for their 18th consecutiveregional championship, aiming for more success on the Spanish Trail Country Club and Golf Course in Las Vegas on Monday.

Florida State University announced its 2024 Athletics Hall of Fame class, which includes seven distinguished inductees.

🏈 Anquan Boldin

Boldin, a standout wide receiver, made significant contributions to FSU football. He overcame a severe injury to become an NFL great, where he won Rookie of the Year, played for 14 seasons, and won a Super Bowl.

🏈 Lamarcus Joyner

Joyner, a key player in FSU's 2013 National Championship team, is known for his versatility and leadership on the field. He had a notable NFL career, playing nine seasons and excelling in various defensive positions.

⚾ Casey Hunter

Hunter, an All-American softball pitcher, left a lasting legacy at FSU. She helped her team reach the Women's College World Series and achieved remarkable individual accolades during her collegiate career.

⚾ Ryan Barthelemy

Barthelemy, a baseball star, was a four-year starter and earned First Team All-America honors. He helped FSU to runner-up finishes in the College World Series and showcased impressive stats throughout his career.

🏃 Phillip Riley

Riley, an NCAA champion hurdler, excelled in both track and football at FSU. He won several ACC titles and played in the NFL, making his mark in athletics.

🏃 Bernie Waxman

Waxman, a former track captain, went on to have a distinguished 45-year career at FSU, contributing significantly to the development and modernization of the university's athletic facilities.

🎾 Katie Rybakova

Rybakova, a four-time All-ACC tennis player, left an indelible mark on FSU’s tennis program. She ranked among the best in singles wins and earned a spot in NCAA nationals multiple times.

🎉 Hall of Fame Ceremony Details Inductees will be celebrated during the induction ceremony on Friday, September 13th, and at the football game against Memphis on Saturday, September 14th. A limited number of tickets will be available through Seminole Boosters.

🏐 Seminoles to Face Huskies in NCAA Beach Volleyball Tournament 🏐

The No. 4 Florida State beach volleyball team is set to compete against No. 13 Washington in the first round of the NCAA Tournament in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The match is scheduled for Friday at 10 a.m.

🌟 Seminoles’ Tournament Track Record

Florida State has qualified for every NCAA Tournament in the sport's history, making three National Championship appearances, including in 2022.

🏆 Recent Achievements

FSU enters the tournament following a dominant run in Huntsville, Alabama, where they claimed their seventh CCSA Championship with an undefeated record.

⭐ Standout Players

Maddie Anderson, a standout player, earned AVCA All-America second team honors this season. She contributed 18 wins, including four alongside Alexis Durish.

🏐 Third Meeting with the Huskies

Friday's matchup will mark the third meeting between the Seminoles and the Huskies in program history. FSU secured two victories over Washington in 2023.

🔍 Scouting Washington

The Huskies finished the regular season with a 20-15 record, including notable wins against several ranked teams. They fell short in the Pac-12 Tournament, losing to Stanford.

No. 7 Florida State is gearing up to host No. 20 NC State in a pivotal three-game series at Dick Howser Stadium. Here’s the schedule:

🔥 Recent Performance: FSU had a week off after winning the series against Duke, where the team displayed strong batting and pitching prowess. Their previous series against NC State featured a dramatic walk-off home run from Jaime Ferrer in the 17th inning.

NC State, after a rough start in April, has won three straight series, including against high-ranked ACC teams.

🥎 No. 14 Florida State Softball Wraps Up Regular Season at Syracuse 🥎

The No. 14 Florida State softball team is heading to Syracuse for their final regular season series against the Orange. Here's what to expect:

📅 Series Schedule:

• Friday, May 3, 2024: Doubleheader starts at 3:00 p.m.

• Saturday, May 4, 2024: 1:00 p.m. series finale

Due to anticipated inclement weather on Sunday, the teams will play a doubleheader on Friday, followed by the final game on Saturday. All three games will be broadcast live on ACCNX.

🌟 What's on the Line:

• FSU is aiming for its 15th ACC Regular Season Championship.

• A sweep will secure the championship outright, while two wins will secure a share.

• FSU holds a dominant 29-2 record against Syracuse and has won the last 23 matchups.

🔥 Built to Finish:

• In April, FSU went 16-1, outscoring opponents 135-34.

• Over the past four seasons, they boast a 90-12-1 record in April and May.

• Wynn's hometown program, located just 40 minutes away.

• Offers an international program and other opportunities outside of football.

• Defensive line coach Tray Scott has increased recruiting efforts recently.

📍 South Carolina (June 7-9)

• Strong relationship with D-line coach Travian Robertson, known as "T-Rob."

• Appreciates the atmosphere and culture of South Carolina, having attended their spring game.

📍 Texas (June 14-16)

• A recent addition to Wynn’s list but has made a strong impression.

• D-line coach Kenny Baker resonates with Wynn on shared beliefs and values.

• Texas’s move to the SEC adds to the program's appeal.
