After two away games, Florida State is back in Tallahassee to host North Carolina, bringing with it the chance to host several top recruits. Four key prospects are expected for official visits this weekend, covering critical positions of need.
Prospects to Watch:
WR Jayvan Boggs
FSU remains without a 2025 wide receiver commitment, making four-star Jayvan Boggs a high-priority target. Currently committed to UCF, Boggs has had a dynamic recruitment journey from Ohio State to Missouri and now UCF. With impressive performance at Cocoa High, he’s a must-watch recruit for the ‘Noles.DE Tobi Haastrup
Late-blooming edge rusher Tobi Haastrup is new to high school football, but his strong play has drawn interest from several programs. Originally from London and now playing in Texas, Haastrup has taken official visits to Vanderbilt, Missouri, and Boston College.DE Chase Linton
Ranked No. 45 nationally and No. 4 among edge rushers, Chase Linton is among FSU’s top defensive targets. Although Georgia remains a strong competitor, Linton plans to visit FSU this weekend, followed by a trip to LSU in November.DL Jeremiah McCloud
Committed to Florida since May, Jeremiah McCloud is considering FSU and Georgia as potential flips. This will be McCloud’s second visit to FSU this season, making it an important chance for FSU to solidify its position.

After two road games, FSU returned to the practice field this week with renewed energy and focus as they prepare to host North Carolina on Saturday. Coming off a tough loss to Miami, the team’s intensity and engagement levels were notably high, with standout moments on both sides of the ball.
Offensive Highlights:
QB Brock Glenn showed impressive mobility, leading a field goal drive and nearly scoring a touchdown on a long run. Glenn also connected on a 43-yard touchdown pass to Darion Williamson and executed precise throws to Ja'Khi Douglas and BJ Gibson in 1-on-1s.
Luke Kromenhoek delivered a deep ball to Lawayne McCoy and an 80-yard bomb to Deuce Spann, showcasing his arm strength and touch.
Trever Jackson hit Elijah Moore on a 25-yard sideline pass, drawing an enthusiastic response from the offense.
Defensive Standouts:
Ja’Bril Rawls had an exceptional day with an interception in 11-on-11 drills and multiple pass breakups in 1-on-1s.
Azareye’h Thomas was lockdown in coverage, holding Malik Benson in check and recording several PBUs.
Ricky Knight impressed with his physicality on the scout team, holding his ground against a veteran offensive lineman and igniting the team’s competitive spirit.
While FSU’s offense still struggles with consistency, explosive plays are becoming more frequent—a promising sign as the Seminoles prepare for a pivotal ACC matchup against the Tar Heels.
And that’s a wrap!
As FSU gears up for a big weekend at home with both competition and recruitment heating up, let’s keep that Seminole spirit high! Thanks for tuning in for all the updates—let’s bring that energy to Doak this Saturday. Go Noles!
